Job responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for implementing technical guidance for the company's products, standardizing process flow, formulating technical standards, paying close attention to technical management and implementing technical supervision;

2. Establish and improve product design, trial production of new products, standardized technical regulations and material selection;

3. Prepare long-term technical development and technical measures plans, and organize the formulation, modification, supplement and implementation of plans and plans;

4. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's new technology introduction and product development, and ensure the continuous renewal and expansion of product varieties;

5. Formulate new product design scheme and research and improvement of new product design.

Job requirements：

1. Age: 28 ~ 40 years old, major: mechanical or electromechanical design;

2. Be engaged in valve selection or design for more than 3 years, and be able to master the working principle and performance of valves;

3. Have product innovation thinking, serious, down-to-earth, positive and optimistic attitude.
